Location: Corcoran CA
Setting: Onsite therapy - corrections
Term: 6 months + high possibility of extension or direct hire
Pay Rate- $165 P/H
Shift: M-Thurs7a-5p or Tues-Fri 7A-5P

Qualifications of PSYL:

• Active California PSYL License.

Duties

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients with various mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions when necessary.
• Offer support and resources for individuals with disabilities, ensuring accessibility in treatment approaches.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in psychology.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a psychologist.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those with disabilities.
• Proficiency in behavioral health practices and crisis intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with child family counseling methodologies is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with medical records management is a plus.
• Knowledge of telehealth practices is advantageous.
