Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Peer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, addiction counseling, and crisis intervention. Duties:
- Provide support and guidance to individuals facing mental health challenges
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate support plans

- Offer crisis management and intervention when necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in behavioral health, addiction counseling, or related fields
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing and mentoring techniques
- Strong understanding of crisis intervention strategies
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
