JOB SUMMARY: Teach students skills to manage behavioral, emotional, ?cognitive, or physical challenges following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree; previous related experience and/or training preferred. Appropriate valid Illinois Professional Educators License with school social worker endorsement required. Experience in an educational setting preferred. Knowledge of social emotional needs, extreme behaviors and CPI. This experience reflects the ability to lead a student's team in data collection, familiarity with communication tools, clinical experience, and behavior intervention plan implementation.
