Center of Hope for Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist (LPC-MSHP, LCSW, LMFT) Goodlettsville, TN •Remote •Contractor Company website Apply for Clinical Therapist (LPC-MSHP, LCSW, LMFT)

Location: Goodlettsville or a Community-Based location

  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on underserved populations
  • Access to clinical hours with diverse cases
  • Flexible work environment (you create your schedule)
  • Contract between 10 and 20 hours a week (office is open Mon - Sat)
  • Fill open spots in your current private practice without the administrative burden
  • Fully remote or Hybrid work schedule of your choice

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively
  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field from a CACREP Accredited Program
  • Must be independently licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Empathy and compassion for individuals with behavioral health concerns
  • Knowledge of and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience with children and/or adolescents with mental health issues (trauma, anxiety, transitional issues, identity, depression, etc.)
