Patterns is a center-based, in-home, and school provider of behavioral services to families with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. YOUR VALUED ROLE
As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Regional Director with including but not limited to
- Hiring, training, supervising, and developing Registered Behavior Technicians = Build an awesome team!
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth = Cultivate your team!
- Demonstrate a functional understanding of best practices in ABA clinical care in a quantitative and qualitative manner = Continuous learning!
- Provide Consultation and Support to families and children = Care for your clients!
- Collaborate with Regional Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance = Mentorship and team interaction!
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Be a leader, master problem-solver, have the ability to think globally, and have sound decision-making skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
