What You Will Be Doing

• Crafting personalized family experiences that illuminate Alpha's unique approach and drive confident enrollment decisions
• Orchestrating the admissions journey with responsive, strategic communication that moves families forward
• Executing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating swift resolution with team members
• Building and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure preventative maintenance and rapid problem-solving
• Implementing documentation systems and feedback mechanisms that continuously elevate our processes

• Delivering robotic, one-size-fits-all presentations—every family conversation will be authentic and tailored

Admissions Counselor Key Responsibilities

Champion both the enrollment journey and campus functionality to expand our student community while cultivating a secure, smoothly-operating environment that empowers exceptional teaching and learning experiences.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record in educational admissions, enrollment management, or meaningful family engagement
• Superior communication skills—both written and verbal—that build trust and drive decisions
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence paired with self-directed initiative
• Working knowledge of or enthusiasm to master campus operational systems
• Commitment to working on-site at our Scottsdale, Arizona campus
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
