Responsible for providing therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals and participating in continuing education to stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• 5 years in the Counseling Field.
• Experience in providing therapy services to individuals with diverse needs.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate client records.
• Relevant experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention is a plus.
