The Service Coordinator for the Fremont location will assist our Field Service Manager with residential service requests and processing.
Responsibilities:
Processing incoming service requests from clients including:
- verifying specific issues
- confirming window/door types and locations by cross referencing the sales order documents
- determining if issues are warrantable claims or chargeable claims
- gathering data from client regarding the specific issues including pics, short video clips
- determine if a technician site visit is required to confirm any data
Produce and process quotes for chargeable service items including:
- technician site inspections
- quotes for non warrantable replacement parts
- quotes for labor to install replacement parts
Submitting service requests to manufacturers for warranty claims including:
- factory technician site visits
- factory technician parts replacement
- this requires processing requests through the manufacturer web portals
Submitting requests to manufacturers to pay us for warranty parts and site labor including:
- determining what warranty parts are required to fulfill warranty claim
- submitting part orders through the manufacturer web portals
- tracking part orders and ETA’s
- submitting for labor payment through the manufacturer web portals
Qualifications:
- Experience in service related fields, preferably windows, doors, or other trade experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- basic computing skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
