Set Apart Counseling is a growing private practice with a beautiful new office suite in Portage. Especially desiring a Christian therapist willing to integrate faith as appropriate. Higher than normal fee split, 1099 (additional financial incentives may be available) and an extremely satisfying work team environment with inspiring job satisfaction! Owner is passionate about helping clinicians receive their fair wage and encouraging one another within the team both personally and professionally. Soon-to-be graduates or limited licensed (LLC, aka LLPC, LLMSW) welcome to apply, as well as experienced and fully licensed clinicians. Must be motivated for hours (between 15-30). No nights or weekends if not desired and completing minimum 15 sessions weekly. I may assist with LLC (LLPC) supervision if needed.

**Job Overview:**

You will be working within a small team of 2-4 clinicians at this location and have your OWN OFFICE! Ideal candidates will provide counseling services to individuals, and may also choose to also see families, couples, and groups in a clinical setting.

**Duties:**

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments

- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation

- Have a collaborative spirit with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

- Options for incorporating art, music, alternative therapies into counseling sessions

**Experience:**

- Possession of a valid state license (Limited or Full)

- Proficiency in ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems (no billing necessary)

- Experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting (Internship or Hired Position)
