Ruth Psychiatry is an established and expanding mental health practice serving adult clients across Illinois. We are currently looking to welcome licensed therapists — including LCSWs, LCPCs, PsyDs, and PhDs — to our collaborative team.

We offer flexible work options: telehealth, in-person, or a hybrid schedule, depending on your preferences and availability.

*No prior experience required!

Newly licensed clinicians are welcome to apply. Supervision and support available for early-career professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients.
• Work independently, with administrative and billing support provided.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EHR.
• Option to collaborate with psychiatric providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Compassionate, motivated, and ready to grow within a supportive setting.
• Interest in working with adults in a private practice environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with (or willing to learn) telehealth platforms.
