POSITION SUMMARY
- The Social Worker position is responsible for providing medical case management services in order to provide culturally competent care to patients at Unity Wellness Center.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
  - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
- Minimum Experience
  - One-year experience as a BSW working with clients to access services and resources.
- Required Registration/License/Certification
  - Licensed by the state of AL within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred Education
- Preferred Experience
  - Two to three years’ experience as a LBSW/MSW/LMSW working with clients to access services and resources.
- Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  - Must have valid license with ASWBE
  - LBSW
