???? We’re hiring a College Advisor at Integration Charter Schools—and I’m so excited to find the right person to join our team.

Our college advisors play a huge role in our students’ lives. They’re trusted guides, advocates, and planners—helping students (and families!) explore what’s next and make it happen, whether that’s college, trade programs, the military, or entering the workforce.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Knows the college process (CUNY, SUNY, FAFSA, Common App, etc.)

• Builds strong relationships with students, including those at transfer schools

• Is excited to plan events like Decision Day, FAFSA Night, college trips, prom, and more

• Supports students across all postsecondary pathways

• Can help build out long-term supports—alumni outreach, family engagement, and more
