Job Summary
Esperanza Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Consultant Manager to join our clinical team. This role will oversee the implementation of ABA programs for clients, provide supervision to a team of Behavior Analysts, and ensure high-quality service delivery across our programs. The BCBA Consultant Manager will work closely with other clinical leadership, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization. This role will also support onboarding insurance programs and developing clinical protocols
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership:
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Behavior Analysts, RBTs, and clinical staff.
Ensure that all staff members are trained in and adhere to ABA best practices and ethical guidelines.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for clinical staff to enhance professional development.
Client Program Development & Management:
Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans for clients.
Conduct regular assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, skill assessments) to guide treatment planning and modifications.
Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work collaboratively with families, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in service delivery and to address any client-specific needs.
Regularly communicate with families and caregivers to provide progress updates and discuss strategies for generalizing skills across settings.
Ensure that all documentation, reports, and communication are thorough, timely, and meet company and regulatory standards.
Quality Assurance:
Review and ensure that all clinical documentation and service delivery meet Esperanza Services' standards, including adherence to ethical practices, quality control procedures, and compliance with licensing requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field of ABA and implement evidence-based practices.
Administrative Duties:
Participate in organizational planning, policy development, and strategic initiatives.
Assist with program evaluation and data collection to assess the overall success of programs and make improvements as needed.
Manage scheduling and caseload distribution to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
Training & Development:
Lead training initiatives for staff to improve skills in ABA interventions, assessment techniques, and data collection.
Encourage ongoing professional development and certifications for team members.
Qualifications
Required:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge and experience in implementing ABA therapy, conducting functional behavior assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans.
Proven ability to lead teams, supervise clinical staff, and manage complex cases.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across disciplines.
Preferred:
Experience in a clinical management or leadership role.
Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical management tools.
