Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing mental health services and support to individuals and families. This role involves working with diverse populations, addressing various behavioral health issues, and facilitating access to necessary resources. The LCSW will play a crucial role in promoting mental wellness and assisting clients in navigating challenges related to childcare, crisis management, addiction counseling, and more.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and counseling services to clients dealing with behavioral health issues, including addiction and crisis situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for clients.
• Supervise and mentor interns or junior staff members as needed.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources such as Medicare, Section 8 housing, and workforce development programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and behavioral health.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in childcare, behavioral health, crisis management, addiction counseling, or child welfare is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation purposes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with community resources and programs that support client needs.
