Behavior Technician - Part-Time Afternoons (Mableton, GA)

Position Overview
Flywheel Centers is currently hiring a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Mableton, GA. This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for consistent afternoon hours in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using proven ABA techniques to help them improve communication, reduce challenging behaviors, and build essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA

• Accurately track and document data during each session

• Communicate clearly with families and the clinical team about progress and needs

• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings

• Maintain professionalism and compassion at all times

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable personal transportation to travel to client homes in Mableton

• Prior experience providing ABA therapy

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
