About Job

And Still We Rise, LLC, is a group mental health practice located in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts. We are looking for full-time provisionally licensed psychotherapists to join our team! We are a just and equitable group practice that values community, critical consciousness, decolonizing mental healthcare, and providing quality mental health services to women, BIPoC, queer, and trans folx. We actively work to create an environment with opportunities for mentoring, learning, and advancement.

Requirements

  • Psychotherapist candidates must conceptualize from an intersectional perspective, utilize culturally informed interventions, have an interest in working with women, BIPoC, queer, and trans communities, as well as have a niche(s) (e.g., couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) or is interested in developing a niche.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to growing.
  • Candidates will be employee status. We have openings at our office locations, in Back Bay and Cambridge, as well as fully remote positions.
