Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Afternoon ABA Therapy in Sterling, VA
Location: Sterling, VA (In-home)
Schedule: Part-Time | Afternoon and Early Evening Shifts
Pay: $24 to $30 per hour

Flywheel Centers is seeking caring and dependable individuals to work as Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in their homes throughout Sterling, VA.

This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, are seeking consistent afternoon hours, and wish to advance their professional growth in the field of behavioral health.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver personalized ABA therapy in a child's home during afternoon and evening hours

• Follow behavior support plans developed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills

• Document progress and session details clearly and professionally

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to client homes in Sterling

• Experience working with children (required)

• ABA experience or RBT certification preferred, but not required

• A calm, patient, and motivated approach to working with children and families
