Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing support to clients and their families. The BCBA will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and patient assessments.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and relevant medical terminology.
Experience
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes and patient assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and terminology related to behavioral health.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
