Behavior Technician - Part-Time Afternoons (Douglasville, GA)

Position Overview
Flywheel Centers is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician to provide in-home and school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in the Douglasville, GA area. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone looking to work weekday afternoons in a meaningful and mission-driven role.
As a Behavior Technician, you will follow a treatment plan developed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement ABA strategies to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential life skills, and thrive in daily environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home or school setting
Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a supervising BCBA
Record detailed data on each session and communicate progress to the clinical team
Participate in supervision and team meetings
Maintain a professional and compassionate approach with clients and families

What We Look For

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle
Prior experience in ABA therapy
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
