Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional assessments and create tailored, data-informed behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver family training sessions to support client goals across settings
- Manage a balanced caseload with approximately 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with peers in a team structure that promotes consistency and peer learning
- Contribute to clinical training, content development, and quality assurance efforts
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental delays
- Comfort using electronic platforms for data, scheduling, and documentation
- Ability to complete background screening, TB test, and provide immunization documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills are appreciated but not required
