Part-Time Behavior Technician – see clients in N.Andover and Methuen.
We’re hiring a part-time team member to work with clients in N.Andover and Methuen, MA. Approximate hours: 3-7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
Total: up to 18 hours a week.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, clinic, and/or community
- Implement treatment plans written by your BCBA
- Collect and graph data to support clinical decisions
- Build meaningful, fun relationships with your clients every day
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Either:
- A high school diploma/GED and 12 months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- OR an associate’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance (or consistent alternate transportation)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- ABA or related experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, etc.) for extended periods
- Must be able to work with clients in a clinic setting
