Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Supervise and coach clinical staff, including Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
• Provide engaging, results-focused training to parents and caregivers
• Maintain a structured caseload that supports 30 billable hours weekly
• Work within a team-based “pod” model to promote consistency and shared learning
• Participate in clinical training initiatives, quality assurance, and ongoing program development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current certification as a BCBA in good standing
• Professional experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences
• Comfortable using technology for clinical documentation and scheduling
• Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements including background check, immunizations, and TB screening
