Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and coach clinical staff, including Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Provide engaging, results-focused training to parents and caregivers
- Maintain a structured caseload that supports 30 billable hours weekly
- Work within a team-based “pod” model to promote consistency and shared learning
- Participate in clinical training initiatives, quality assurance, and ongoing program development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current certification as a BCBA in good standing
- Professional experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences
- Comfortable using technology for clinical documentation and scheduling
- Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements including background check, immunizations, and TB screening

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
