Columbia, TN
Full-time | On-site | Monday-Friday, Day Shift
$120,000-$130,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to therapists, case managers, and support staff
- Oversee the development, implementation, and review of individualized treatment plans
- Ensure clinical documentation is complete, timely, and compliant with state and federal guidelines
- Coordinate with the medical and nursing departments to ensure integrated care delivery
- Monitor program effectiveness and client progress through audits, meetings, and case reviews
- Develop and implement clinical policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor clinical staff in evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and ethics
- Serve as the primary liaison during licensing reviews and accreditation visits (e.g., TJC, CARF)
- Maintain a small caseload for direct client care and crisis intervention, as needed
- Active and unencumbered license in the state of Tennessee: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment. Inpatient experience is a must!
- At least 1 year of supervisory or program management experience
- Strong working knowledge of DSM-5, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring disorders
- Familiarity with state regulations, HIPAA, and documentation standards
- Passion for recovery, integrity in leadership, and a collaborative approach to care
