Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic team at Pierpointe. In this role, you will provide essential support and therapeutic services to children and adolescents with special needs, contributing to their development and well-being in a fun and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapeutic services using evidence-based practices in behavioral therapy.
- Collaborate with behavior analysts and other professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
- Engage with families to educate and support them in the therapeutic process.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience in behavioral therapy and working with children or adolescents preferred.
- Experience with children on the Autism Spectrum, ADHD, ADD and other related disorders
- Strong assessment skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
