Job Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dedicated ABA team at a thriving center-based practice. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision, feedback, and training to behavior technicians and clinical staff
  • Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote consistency and generalization of skills
  • Maintain a 30-hour billable caseload while ensuring treatment fidelity and outcomes
  • Collaborate with your clinical team through a pod-based model to share insights and strategies
  • Support training, curriculum development, and ongoing quality improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Hands-on experience in ABA with individuals with autism or related developmental differences
  • Technological proficiency with digital data systems and scheduling platforms
  • Must meet onboarding requirements: TB clearance, immunization documentation, and background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language proficiency is beneficial but not required
