Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision, feedback, and training to behavior technicians and clinical staff
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote consistency and generalization of skills
- Maintain a 30-hour billable caseload while ensuring treatment fidelity and outcomes
- Collaborate with your clinical team through a pod-based model to share insights and strategies
- Support training, curriculum development, and ongoing quality improvement efforts
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Hands-on experience in ABA with individuals with autism or related developmental differences
- Technological proficiency with digital data systems and scheduling platforms
- Must meet onboarding requirements: TB clearance, immunization documentation, and background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency is beneficial but not required
