SOLA Prosthetics is redefining patient-centered care through compassion, integrity, and innovation. We’re seeking a Patient Care Coordinator Assistant to support our team and grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in coordinating patient consultations and follow-ups
• Make monthly follow-up phone calls to patients
• Communicate with physicians and referral sources
• Support intake, documentation, and scheduling
• Shadow and learn from experienced Patient Care Coordinators
• Build compassionate patient relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Empathetic and team-minded
• Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate
