About Job
- Conducting Assessments:BCBAs evaluate an individual's behavior, identify triggers and patterns, and assess the individual's skills and needs.
- Developing and Implementing Intervention Plans:They create individualized plans using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, which may include skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans.
- Monitoring Progress:BCBAs track client progress, analyze data, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Providing Training and Supervision:They train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff, ensuring they are implementing interventions correctly.
- Collaborating with Others:BCBAs work with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to behavior change.
- Staying Updated:They stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA through continuing education.
- Upholding Ethical Standards:BCBAs ensure that all interventions are ethically sound and adhere to professional guidelines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
