About the Role:

The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients dealing with addiction and/or mental health challenges. Our approach is empathetic, motivational, and collaborative, encouraging clients to take responsibility for their healing.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, ethical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Educate clients and families on addiction, mental health, and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
• Coordinate care and referrals as needed

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC)
• 1+ years of post-grad clinical experience (2 years preferred)
• Strong understanding ofsubstance abuse and co-occurring disorders
• Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to support recovery

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
