Job Summary
Be Wise Wellness is a growing behavioral health clinic committed to healing, community, and compassionate care. We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to serve a dual role as both an Office Manager/Receptionist and therapist. This is a position ideal for an experienced LPC who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow with a purpose-driven startup.

Duties

As Office Manager / Receptionist (M–F):
Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage intake paperwork

As LPC Therapist:

Provide outpatient mental health therapy to clients (in-person or virtual)
Complete intakes, treatment plans, and session notes
Follow ethical, HIPAA-compliant, and clinical documentation standards
Participate in clinical supervision and training as needed

Requirements:

Active LPC license in Arizona (Required)
1+ year of administrative or office experience (Preferred)
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
EMR/EHR familiarity (TherapyNotes, Office Ally, SimplePractice, etc. a plus)
Comfortable with telehealth and basic tech tools

Compensation & Benefits:

$18–$22/hr for office hours (1099)
$35–$45/hr for client sessions (1099)
Flexible scheduling for therapy sessions
Potential to transition to full-time therapist role
