Our Olympia/Lacey office is located just minutes from Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), making us easily accessible to clients from **Tacoma, Yelm, Dupont, Lakewood, Centralia, Shelton**, and surrounding communities. We are proud to serve a diverse population including military-affiliated individuals and families.

We are expanding our therapy team and are excited to welcome a licensed or associate-level therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, etc.) who aligns with our mission of compassionate, collaborative mental health care. While not required, we're especially interested in clinicians with curiosity or experience in ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP), EMDR, or somatic modalities.

Position Type

- Part-time contractor (1099)

- Flexible schedule - start with 8 to 20 hours/week

- Hybrid preferred (in-office + virtual); fully remote considered

- Biweekly pay: 65% of collected reimbursement

- Start date: Flexible - let's build the right fit

What We Offer

- 65% reimbursement rate (biweekly pay) - average session revenue $100-$175

- Credentialing with all major insurance payers, including Medicaid & Medicare

- Referrals provided - no marketing required (but you're welcome to bring your own clients too)

- Supportive infrastructure: credentialing, scheduling, billing, and EHR

- Optional supervision hours (for associate-level clinicians) provided at no cost

- Open to sharing the cost of EMDR or KAP certification for clinicians aligned with our mission-details negotiable based on commitment and fit

Ideal Candidate

- Licensed or associate-level therapist in WA (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, etc.)

- Interest in or experience with trauma work, mood disorders, and psychedelic integration

- Bonus if you have training or curiosity in EMDR, somatic therapy, or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy

- Passionate about mental health access, healing work, and evolving models of care

- Comfortable working independently with support

- Values collaboration, authenticity, and creativity in clinical practice

Responsibilities

- Provide individual therapy (in person or virtual)

- Maintain timely, compliant documentation in our secure EHR

- Coordinate with psychiatric providers and leadership as needed

- Attend occasional virtual case consultations or check-ins (optional but encouraged)

Compensation

- 65% of collected reimbursement (paid biweekly)

- Reimbursement per session typically ranges $90-$175, depending on payer and service

- EMDR or KAP certification cost-sharing negotiable for aligned candidates
