About Job

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. The BCBA will oversee client programs, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior assessments) to identify skill deficits and behavioral needs.
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data and family goals.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
  • Conduct regular parent training and support sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and ethical standards.
  • Manage a flexible caseload based on part-time or full-time preference.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: In-Home (various locations within Antelope Valley)
Caseload: Manage assigned clients (varies by availability)

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
