A leading outpatient behavioral health organization in Southeast Minnesota is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its collaborative and integrated care team. The clinic has been recently renovated and offers a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork, quality care, and serving underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and annual psychiatric reviews for clients across the lifespan (ages 6 and up).
- Provide care for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Participate in weekly interdisciplinary case consultations and monthly medical director consultation sessions.
- Collaborate with internal medicine providers in a fully integrated care model.
- Document using the CareLogic electronic medical record system.
Qualifications:
- Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Lifespan certification required.
- Experience with Medicaid populations preferred.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be available for at least two days onsite per week; full-time onsite preferred.
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fridays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
