Requirements:
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in School Psychology required
- Active TN- School Psychology Educational License (or ability to obtain) required

- Conducting observations and assessments: Administering psychological and academic assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges.
- Collaborating with school team: Meeting with teachers, parents, and administrators to review and interpret student data, develop intervention strategies, and provide guidance on classroom management.
- Consult with school staff about functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct suicide and/or threat assessments when needed
- Documentation and planning: Writing assessment reports, intervention plans, and progress updates, while continually adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of students.
- Participate and provide continued professional development at the school and district level
