HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) for an outpatient mental health and substance use disorder program serving adults in South Portland, Oregon. This full-time leadership role combines direct care with clinical supervision of pre-licensed therapists in a setting focused on quality, access, and recovery support. The program is mission-driven and offers a strong clinical team, flexible schedule, and meaningful impact with a non-profit leader.
LPC, LMFT, or LCSW – Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities
- Provide approx. 60% direct services (individual and group therapy)
- Supervise and support 3–4 pre-licensed clinicians
- Ensure documentation and care align with agency, payer, and licensing standards
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and compliance
- Support clinical decision-making, crisis response, and ethical care
- Contribute to program development and integrated team efforts
- Maintain timely documentation and uphold best practice standards
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
LPC, LMFT, or LCSW – Clinical Supervisor Requirements
- Oregon license as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (required)
- CADC-I, II, or III preferred but not required
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adult mental health and/or SUD
- Experience providing clinical supervision strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfortable supervising a caseload while maintaining direct client work
- Strong organizational, documentation, and collaboration skills

- $80,000–$90,000 annually, DOE
