We aim to provide the highest quality ABA services.Job Responsibilities:Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using evaluation tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, etc.Create Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on results.Provide supervision and individualized training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in home, daycare, and/or community environmentsImplement caregiver training and collect data for caregiver training goalsUtilize online data collection system for client program books, data collection, graphing, and assessment reportsJob Requirements:BCBA certificationPediatric CPR certificationReliable transportation as travel is often required between clients’ service locationsBenefits:Competitive payWeekly payPTOPaid travel timeFlexible schedule
