Junior Counselors are primarily responsible for assisting in the planning and implementing educational, recreational and social enrichment activities for participants in the Naticook After School Program and at Naticook Day Camp.

Junior Counselors will familiarize themselves with daily and weekly schedule, weekly themes, snack time responsibilities and assist children with their homework. During activity periods these counselors attend and participate in each activity that the group does. They tend to develop closer bonds with the participants and are expected to manage personalities and issues within the group.
