Senior Counselors are primarily responsible for planning and implementing educational, recreational and social enrichment activities for participants in the Naticook After School Program and Naticook Day Camp.

Senior Counselors will familiarize themselves with daily and weekly schedule, weekly themes, snack time responsibilities and assist and lead children in those daily activities. During activity periods these counselors attend and participate in each activity that the group does. They tend to develop closer bonds with the participants and are expected to manage personalities and issues within the group.
