```Duties```
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, focusing on child and family counseling, crisis management, and behavioral health.
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including gender issues counseling.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support.
```Requirements```
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
- Eligible for licensure in Counseling in Virginia
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Strong understanding of crisis intervention strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Proficiency in case management and treatment planning.
