What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support a team of Substance Use Counselors to ensure high standards of patient care
Manage intake processes and assign/manage counselor caseloads effectively
Maintain a manageable personal caseload while ensuring documentation compliance and timely clinical reporting
Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members
Step in as Acting Treatment Center Director when needed

What You Bring:

Active Ohio licensure as LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW, or LPCC
Minimum 3 years of experience working with chemically dependent individuals
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a clinical or treatment setting
Strong ethical standards, empathy, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
