- Supervise and support a team of Substance Use Counselors to ensure high standards of patient care
- Manage intake processes and assign/manage counselor caseloads effectively
- Maintain a manageable personal caseload while ensuring documentation compliance and timely clinical reporting
- Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members
- Step in as Acting Treatment Center Director when needed
- Active Ohio licensure as LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW, or LPCC
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with chemically dependent individuals
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a clinical or treatment setting
- Strong ethical standards, empathy, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
