A highly respected behavioral health organization in western Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient-only care at a well-supported clinic in Agawam. This role begins in July 2025 and offers a flexible schedule of 20–24 hours per week with no inpatient responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for a provider looking to work in a collaborative setting alongside a team of clinicians, case managers, nurses, and psychiatric providers in a modern facility just outside of Springfield, MA.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only setting, no inpatient work required

• New patient evaluations: 1 hour | Med management visits: ~20 minutes
• Interdisciplinary team support and weekly treatment planning

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
