Description
Part - Time Position.
The Social Worker's primary function is to provide diagnostic evaluations of the psychosocial problems of the patient/family unit, define Social Work goals for alleviating these problems and help provide the counseling/casework to meet these goals as they relate to Acute Care.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree and PA license in Social Work required and minimum of one year of Social Work experience in a health care setting.
