You’ll have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of settings while receiving ongoing mentorship and support to grow professionally.

Your Role:

As a Life Skills Counselor (Qualified Mental Health Professional - QMHP-T or QMHP), you will:

  • Provide direct, in-home and community-based mental health skill-building services to adults with serious mental illness.
  • Focus on enhancing daily living, social, and coping skills to help clients achieve and maintain independence in the community.
  • Work with clients individually, tailoring interventions to meet their needs and service goals outlined in treatment plans.
  • Provide psychoeducation to empower clients and support their personal goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined tools.

Requirements:

  • QMHP or QMHP-Trainee with the Board of Counseling
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
