Behaviour Technician (RBT) Part-Time- Southern Virginia, VA

Shifts: M-F 3:15-6:30 (Flexible shifts)

Roles and Responsibilities:
We are hiring enthusiastic and certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person ABA therapy near our Clinic in Southern Virginia. If you're passionate about delivering compassionate, skill-building support to children with autism, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive, well-rated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Follow behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Record accurate data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with families and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Flexible availability for part-time work
