Job Requirements

• Apassion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate the medical record for all newresident admissions in accordance with the current state, federal and localguidelines and uploading the documents into our electronic documentationsystems
• Assist with scheduling in-house/outsidemedical appointments
• Assist with the scheduling and tracking ofmonthly staff trainings
• Participate in CPR/First Aid Instructortraining and provide CPR/First Aid trainings as needed for staff
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding of staff

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and be atleast 21 years of age with at least two years' experience in a geriatricsetting and previous health experience in hospital and/or community setting
• Certificates/ Licenses: Current Driver'sLicense, C.N.A. or Medication Technician preferred. CPR and First Aidpreferred
• Working knowledge of computer systems toinclude Word and Excel
