Position: Part-time or Full-time Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: Charleston Office – Landmark Drive

Start Date: Open until filled

Jefferson Wellness and Consulting, LLC is currently seeking a motivated, compassionate, and licensed mental health professional to join our Charleston team. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about providing quality mental health services in a supportive and professional private practice setting.

• Flexible schedule (evening/weekend availability a plus)
• In-person sessions at our Landmark Drive office
• Collaborative and supportive team environment
• Clinical supervision available for LPCAs
• Administrative support provided (billing, scheduling, credentialing)

• Conducting intakes and individual psychotherapy sessions
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Participating in team meetings and trainings
• Following company policies and ethical standards

• Active LPCA or LPC license in South Carolina
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Malpractice insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms (if needed)

• Experience working with adults, grief, or anxiety-related issues
• Interest in facilitating groups or workshops (optional)

• Competitive pay based on experience and licensure
