Join Our Team at Flourish Community Services
We’re hiring caring, dependable team members to provide In-Home & Community-Based Services in Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery Counties. Flexible options available—work as a W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor, depending on the schedule and structure that works best for you.

What’s the Role?

At Flourish, we provide support that’s as unique as the people we serve. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities, helping them build skills, connect with their community, and live life on their own terms.

Support might include:

• Practicing independent living skills at home or in the community
• Volunteering at local shelters or community organizations
• Attending library groups, art classes, or social events
• Encouraging routines, communication, and self-advocacy
• Going for walks, working toward fitness goals, or exploring new hobbies

You’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for this role, as many participants require support getting to and from activities.

Experience in caregiving, education, or behavioral health is a plus, but not required.
