Salary: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00

Your Role as a Social Worker

  • Provide Counseling & Support - Offer individual and group counseling, as well as psychoeducational support, to students and their families to foster emotional growth and strengthen home-school connections.
  • Conduct Assessments & Intakes - Complete biopsychosocial assessments and intake interviews to understand students' backgrounds, strengths, and areas of need.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines - Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing consultation and support to ensure a holistic approach to student care.
  • Participate in IEP Processes - Contribute to IEP meetings, offering social-emotional insight and helping to shape individualized plans that support each student's overall development.
  • Support the School Community - Maintain positive, professional relationships with all staff and assist with broader school needs such as supervision during bussing or field trips.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with children and families in school or mental health settings
