Carolina Behavioral Innovations is a locally owned company providing clinic-based and community-based ABA services across South Carolina. Founded in 2017 with a deeply personal mission rooted in autism care, we proudly support children and families through in-home, school, daycare, and clinic-based therapy.

We’re currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Myrtle Beach clinic. This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing team and build high-quality clinical services in one of South Carolina’s most dynamic coastal communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs within the Myrtle Beach region

• Ensure consistent quality across all client treatment plans and ABA services

• Oversee clinical assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.) and treatment development

• Manage caseload distribution, clinic productivity, and clinician support

• Mentor and develop clinical team members for performance and growth

• Partner with administrative, intake, and scheduling teams for smooth operations

• Promote ethical, evidence-based, and family-centered care

• Help support clinic expansion and community outreach initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of ABA experience with leadership responsibilities

• Strong communication, mentoring, and clinical decision-making skills

• Previous clinical director or supervisory experience (preferred)

• Commitment to innovation, teamwork, and integrity
