Your Role as a BT:

As a BT, you’ll work directly with clients, implementing individualized ABA therapy plans designed by a BCBA. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collecting and recording data to track progress.
• Collaborating with families and team members to support client goals.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus!).
• Passion: A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the needs of each client and setting.
• Dependability: Strong time management and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
