ProCare Therapy is seeking three full-time School Psychologists to serve elementary students across multiple sites in Oakland, California for the 20252026 school year. This is an on-site position working within a centralized model, supported by a dedicated Case Manager and a collaborative school team.

Position Overview:

• Work Environment: On-site only, multiple elementary campuses in Oakland

• Caseload Support: Central model with shared responsibilities and flexibility

• Caseload Size: 4565 evaluations across multiple schools

• Team Support: Case Manager provided to assist with coordination and documentation

• Note: Flexibility is essentialcaseloads and building assignments may shift as district needs evolve

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations

• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning

• Collaborate with general and special education staff, administrators, and families

• Support behavioral, academic, and emotional interventions

• Maintain compliance with state and district evaluation timelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Masters or Ed.S. degree in School Psychology

• Active California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology

• Experience working in elementary settings preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a multi-site role with evolving needs
